My predictions were correct:

Discovery – Smithsonian in DC
Enterprise (test, non-space shuttle) – Intrepid Museum in New York
Endeavor – California Science Center in Los Angeles, California
Atlantis – Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Florida

The California Science Center hasn’t publicly released what their exhibit will look like, but of the others, I look forward to seeing the display at the Kennedy Space Center.
