Remember that gift for Kase and Gus? You know, that one that took the trailer to get it home. Well, amazingly enough, it still required assembly.
So, last night after the boys were tucked in bed and visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads, I made my way out to the garage and assembled their gift. The weirdest part of the entire assembly process is that once it was done, it still fit inside the box?!? So, what was the point of me doing this and not the factory? Maybe it is just a standard for Christmas toys that companies can’t get past. You know, tradition and all that fuddy-duddy stuff.
I can’t wait for Christmas Eve Night when I try to sneak this gift in the house for Christmas Morning. I hope it fits through our “old house” doors!
