Saturday night at midnight, I plan to be standing in line to get a new Nintendo Wii game system. This fifth generation system from Nintendo just may be the best thing since sliced bread.
You are all welcome to come over to my house after, and we can go a few matches in tennis or do a couple frames in bowling.
And don’t worry, anybody can play. There is no button mashing, no fancy series of commands to memorize (I still remember the Contra code “up up down down left right left right B A Start”), just swing the Wii Remote like you would a tennis racket or like you are actually throwing the bowling ball down the lane. I think even my mom will be able to score more than 9 like she did with her first game of Pac-Man.
So, I am in a week of waiting, but you will hear from me soon. Until then, study up on the Wii at Wii.com.
Stop picking on me!! I have other skills that are much more worthwhile.
LUV YA
MOM 🙂
OK, Mom, I will not pick on you and the Pac-Man score anymore. Have you touched a video game system since then?
