So, here I am, four months since my last health posting, and I am doing pretty good, I think.
I am still eating breakfast every day. My blood pressure is better, and I am visiting the doctor regularly for check ups (going in next week). Also I am doing more exercises than just bicycling (got a big bouncy ball for bunches of exercises, and a myofascial roller to massage my muscles and hopefully increase my flexibility).
Heath Risk Assessments (HRAs) will start in August at MGE, and for the first time, I am looking forward to seeing how I am doing. And, I will share my info with you when it comes out.
How are all of you doing?

Well, I got to go eat my breakfast. My brain seems a little loopy today, so maybe breakfast will help. If not, I guess I will just blame the heat stroke.
