So, if you hadn’t guessed it already, you will probably be getting an email from me soon, asking for donations for the MS Bike Ride I participate in. I guarantee that if you join my team, I won’t send out an email to you soliciting money. What kind of better deal can you ask for?
Tonight I was working on transitioning my bike from indoor to outdoor. Gus was helping, and doing a fine job, I might add. But, once I got my training tire off, I noticed at least two dents in my rim. Then I checked the other tire, and there were a couple of dents in that rim too. So, now I will be bringing my tires in to get a professional opinion on whether it is OK to ride with the dents. If they say no, then they better be able to fix them for cheap. Otherwise, I will be sending out more emails soliciting funds just to get a new bike to ride. Of course, if you want to send me funds for this anyway, I won’t complain.
