Why Buying a Nintendo Wii Is Worth It

I want a useless gizmo mass-produced by machines that stole jobs from nonunionized workers who stole jobs from the natives.

In short, I want a Nintendo Wii.

. . .

Do you hear that, hippies? I want to strap electronics to my body and trance out to violent imagery while I wave my arms around, killing imaginary things. That’s what I want to do for the holidays.

What an entertaining article. Read the full article on AlertNet.

  1. We had our first Wii experience this past Thanksgiving thanks to Jordan’s brother. I was hooked after one game of bowling and Jordan after a game of tennis (I still don’t understand the scoring, but who cares). If we weren’t so busy with remodeling, we’d probably have one by now.
